How do I get the app?
The Red Rock app is available to download for free in the App Store and Google Play on your existing mobile device.
Why do I need to create an account?
Create an account in order to access additional features and exclusive offers.
How do I create an account?
Upon launching your app, tap the ‘Sign Up with Email’ button on the log in page. Enter the required information, create a password, check the Loyalty program box, and hit the "Sign Up with Email" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I see how many points I have?
The point total is located under Loyalty tab on the homepage.
Do rewards points expire?
No, points do not expire.
What do I do if I think my point balance is wrong?
If you believe there is a mistake with your point balance, please send your information and expected point balance to Red Rock support through the Contact Us page on the app or go to oncueexpress.com/red-rock-contact-us/.
Can I use rewards points for multiple items?
You can use your rewards points for one item per purchase.
How do I see what offers I have available or apply my rewards points to a transaction?
You will see "+ add promo code" after you select "Checkout" on the summary screen, click to see available offers.
How MANY POINTS DOES IT TAKE TO EARN A REWARD?
250 Points - Free drink or cookie
500 Points - Free specialty beverage or breakfast sandwich
750 Points - Free sandwich
1000 Points - Free salad or pairing
1500 Points - Free mac 'n' cheese
